MHE and Me

My name is William, but you can call me Will.  I’m 11 ½ years old (as of 2/07).  I live in Wisconsin. I was diagnosed with MHE when I was 2.  My mom noticed a bump on my ankle.  I have bumps just about everywhere on my body, but the most are on my legs.  It hurts a lot sometimes, but I get through it with my family and my dog Balto. I like to build with Legos and play with my dog.  I try to be active so I do a lot of sports like snowboarding, but I am just learning.  I am into video games like Play Station. I also like to play chess and pool. I have had about 4 major surgeries, but a lot of the little ones have been on my left leg.  It hurts to write a long time, plus when I play games I am the slowest person.  It’s hard to play on the playground at school.  I know how it feels to be different and I would like to make friends so please email me. I also like to write poems.  This is one of my favorites. The Wind I hear the wind giving me courage. I hear the wind giving me the strength to face my fears.
